I have a couple of egyptian cotton shirts and I as much as I love the feel and look they are a PITA to iron!!!

On a side note I always wear a tshirt under any shirt I wear, even a printed t, I just feel more comfortable with one, besides it keeps the underarms nice and dry in the summer and prevents your nicer shirts from getting that armpit discoloration. ON that note I had to go through a ton of antiperspirants before I found one that worked with my body and didn't discolor my shirts.

I don't really iron my own shirts because it costs 99 cents to get them dry cleaned with extra starch. I do concur about the Egyptian cotton shirts, they tend to wrinkle rather quickly, especially if a girl gives you a hug or something.

nothing's worse than seeing that wet patch around the armpits and the back of the shirt becoming translucent (esp. the white ones) as it soaks up the sweat and clings onto the back.

T-shirts underneath are a must, especially having to wear a dress shirt in a 90+ degree weather.

What kind of work do you guys do that you sweat so much? I only sweat if I play tennis for a good hour or so. Are you guys going jogging in your dress shirts?

I take the PATH as well...I don't expect much since it's only 1.50 from NJ to NYC
