I didn't realize the old "VPI" was that easy to which you could gain admission. Was that because you were a resident of Virginia or did you have some pretty stellar SAT or ACT scores?

I had a fairly good SAT score and my grades from high school just barely got me through admissions. They were very hard up for students in 1975 admissions were down. They were not the first choice for a lot of kids.

Hell, my 190 is likely running totalled (ie - if I did everything it likely needs, it'd cost more than it would be worth afterwards). I'll donate it to the next flake if they'll give me their WMD.

Robert,
You have got to be kidding. You grew up in Roanoke? I lived there myself till 1993. In the Old Southwest area, right off Brandon Ave. Did you go to Cave Spring? Fleming or PH?

This is a small world.

No I went to Northside High, grew up in the burbs and then at 14 folks went and bought a monster of a place out past Salem. I came back after my stint in Blacksburg and left there for good in 83.
