I'm not an LEO, but SORRY, if he KILLED
a policeman in front of police witnesses, I have no sympathy for him. Police officers are only human, their reaction, like yours, perhaps, would be, some scumbag knocks out one of my teeth, I will knock out ALL
of your teeth.
In most criminal California Courtrooms, the uniformed bailiffs and court officers do NOT wear firearms, for the precise reason that in a struggle with a prisoner, this situation could occur, that the prisoner could grab the weapon. This example tragically illustrates that danger.
Most LEOs know VERY well, furthermore, than when you are sentenced to LWOP,
(Life, without possibility of parole) you can still endlessly appeal the sentence, and all it takes is some appellate judge to grant a new trial, modify the sentence, to LIFE WITH the possibility of parole, and then all of the sudden the guy is walking around on the street. I hope the District Attorney and the victim's relatives keep a VERY close watch on this case, and attend every parole hearing. Just wait, he will say he is rehabilitated, found jesus Christ, whatever.
Too much inattention to this in the future, and he could be out on the street again.
Feckin' sanctimonious media pr
*cks. Such sympathy for this "POOOOOOR misunderstood" young man.
Itmay be possible that the paperwork on his state prison commitment might be secretly marked so the guards can let it be known around he is a short eyes or at risk within the penal system. Justice "inside" does NOT require the same standard of proof that it does in the courtroom.
This makes me
I hope this guy NEVER EVER, hears a wooden door slam again.
