If the prosecutors have knowledge of wrong doing then they should charge them for the crimes they commited. Im all about honesty, even though honesty and the government are a bit of an oxymoron.

exactly

The presidents cabinet has more charges pending and more investigations than all of compton. They really do resemble a crime syndicate. And whats worse is theyre always talking about god. Theyd better be careful about that shit, you know what the bible says about false prophets and idolators. A lightning bolt up the ass will change their tune all right.

They are attempting to acquire that knowledge via oversight committee, which they are entitled and mandated to do. If this individual refuses to cooperate, she should be jailed.

Not only that, the Congress can make Criminal Referrals, which are legally the same as indictments, and if need be, set up their own special prosecutors, and if they really feel like it,set up their own courts to hear the cases. Look at what just happened: Congress revoked the Patriot Act section allowing these firings without confirmation hearings to take place, by a vote of 97-2 in the Senate, and a similiar margin in the Congress. With those kinds of margins, it can pursue this to the limit.

I don't think a prosecutor can bring charges up for wrongs perpetrated against their own office. You are talking about the Federal prosecutors that lost their jobs, right?

Well you can alway bring in a "third" party to investigate. I wouldn't know how to go about investigating their own office. But I do know in local jurisdiction( such as my old police department, hope they burn for their hipocricy) the FBI does the investigation and proceeds to file charges as it sees fit.

Third party? What third party? Government agency investigating another Government agency? Now that's just oxymoron.
