Your long lost President, Bill Clinton lied under oath to a Grand Jury, but you give him a pass because he 'lied about sex'. What else did Clinton lie about in dealings with the White water investigation. It seems to me that you only think that republicans that lie should be the only ones prosecuted for it. You have your passel of excuses when Clinton, Frank, Kennedy, Berger, Pelosi, etc. do it. The ones in bold have all lied to either a judge, g jury, prosecutor or congress. Your hypocrisy continues to shine.

If a person lies under oath, either to congress, a judge or grand jury, no matter about what they lied about, whether Democrat or Republican, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

It looks like Gonzales may have lied to Congress. That's undoubtedly part of why they are calling for his resignation. That, and the fact he's an ignorant lackey and hack.

Oh, Clinton's weren't political. That's a relief.

So that makes lying to Congress right? That Clinton was not treated harshly for lying about his blow job? What did you want, a prison sentence? How long? What it the current term for lying about a blow job?

This argument style of the right, to immediately talk about something else, has become incredibly tiresome for the electorate. Please don't stop - it is contributing to your defeat.

And perjury before a Congressional Committee, no big deal, right? After all, it is merely one of the cornerstones of our democracy, but hey, who needs democracy anyway?

I think we all agree perjury is a big deal...I'd like to see the Clintonistas in particular embrace that precept with a bit more consistency.

What is it about what I just wrote that you don't/can't understand?

So, clarify for me, since you seem to be remarkably more intelligent than I, that you can read something in my post that's obviously not there, something about me indicating that it was alright to lie to congress, when I ever so clearly, stated otherwise.

And you still want to give Clinton a pass for lying about sex. If the man isn't credible there, he'll not be credible in anything else he says under oath.

A LIAR HAS NO CREDIBILTY, NO MATTER THEIR PARTY AFFILIATION.
