Obviously you have a problem with reading comprehension. The initial comment was that Congress cannot MICRO MANAGE funds. If they decide not to provide any for the military, do you honestly think the American Public will stand still for that? You might, but I'm talking about sane people here. If congress wants to shut down the government that's fine by me, they have tried that before and they paid for it.
