It doesn't really matter. RX's are usually driven around by moms or business women, or old people. So they are usually well cared for and not abused. I honestly don't see anything wrong with buying used, just as long as you take the usual precautions.

You can still see new RX330s on dealer lots. For 2007, the 3.5L engine was introduced, so you'll see RX350 for '07 instead. Anything between late'03 and 06 and you'll still RX330. Lexus customer service and dealer service is wonderful too from what I've heard.
