The price of gas certainly reflects it, it jumped another 10 cents a gallon today, it is up to $3.99 (for premium) and diesel is high also.

well be glad you dont live in canada .imperial oil has had a fire at its refinery in ontario this plus petro can had one 4 months ago and they are only up to 25 % production .add to that a strike at the cnrailroad and you get gas for 98cents a litre for the cheap stuff.
