Re: valve cores, I would prefer delayed gratification. You flatten their tires, it's pretty obvious, etc. You can pick up a valve core tool for a couple of bucks, toss it in the glove box, then when needed, just unscrew their valve caps and barely loosen the core, then put the cap back on. Over the next several hours (days if you did it perfectly), their tires will all slowly go flat. Increased evil-ness if you only do it on one side, they'll think they drove through something and will be looking for nails, etc.

Not that I've ever done these, I just conceive of such things. Or repeat them. Use at your own risk!

Better yet, remove the valve stem cap, insert a small pebble (that will fit the cap), and replace the cap. Even a good tire man will go crazy locating the leak. We did this to our snooty neighbor's car who don't want us to play near his car. He finally gave up looking for the air leak and just replace his tire and rim, problem solved. Nah, we did it again to the other tire. We stopped when my younger brother snitch to my Dad. Grounded! Ha! teenage years.
