I forgot to mention the competitors chillbabe. You should definitely look at the IS or the TL. You live in St. Louis, and if I'm not mistaken it snows there once in a while. The IS250 AWD is probably best suited for you, more so than the IS350. The TL isn't so bad either. It is FWD, but I doubt you'll ever push the car enough to suffer from torque-steer or any of the FWDs shortcomings.

If I had to choose a car by the time I get into college (if not the ML), it'd either be the IS250 AWD or TL (SH-AWD if they ever make it available). Sure I'd like the 3.5 v6 in the IS, but even with the lead foot I have, I know the 2.5 would be enough (the 2.5 awd is quicker than the ml320).

2011 Chrysler Town & Country
2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid
2003 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic

A certain 19 year old Acura Integra is quicker than a 1998 ML320 , but I'm comparing apples to oranges.

Oh btw, here is where I got the figures from:

Automotive Performance Central - Acceleration Times

I'll just borrow my dad's SC400. LOL. But my luck would run out against an ML55.

I'd want a fully loaded one if it was the E. The dealers here are bad when it comes to stocking their new cars, much less used ones.

But a few years down the line, and the facelift E320 Bluetec or E350 will look VERY good.

Sigh....I've been looking around autotrader and ebyamotors, and realized, I have some sort of incurable, strong desire for a W220.
