I spent an entire month here until life took an unexpected left turn. However, my life's problems would not be hers, I'm sure.
Nationally known (usually ranked) Athletics programs. Especially the women.
Close proximity to the nightlife of Georgetown in DC.
Professor can check in on her from time to time as he is but a short drive up 95 in Baltimore.
Seasons! Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
Always within three hours of driving to get her to the ocean, skiing, golf, horsey stuff, Washington, DC, Annapolis, Baltimore, Gettysburg, Williamsburg, Yorktown (Ouch, sorry Lord C.) and a whole mess o' Civil War sites in northern Virginia.
Cheap tickets to the Washington Nationals baseball games. More expensive ones for the Baltimore Orioles (but an opportunity to see the Yankees or the Red Sox). I hate myself for suggesting that last one.
Quick access to Dulles, Reagan National or Thrugood Marshall Baltimore Washington International airports.
Oh...almost forgot...COLLEGE PARK IKEA! You'll save a fortune on crappy KD furniture that sorta reminds you of famous furniture designs but somehow doesn't quite measure up. SHE however, won't care about all that and will LOVE it.
I'm out of breath.
