Go read the report from Bush's team of WMD searchers. Or, do a search on the subject as I recall going through the report in great detail on this subject in the past. While the stuff they found is not lethal, it is not a recommended food product either. It was clearly not considered WMD material at the time, both for the quantity and quality of what was discovered. It was also concluded in that report that Saddam's cat and mouse games with the UN and the US were likely nothing more than an act to leave Iran with the impression he had some military capability to repel an invasion from Iran.
Bush's own team has concluded they found nothing to represent the threat that was portrayed to the American people, and the rest of the world at the UN, in the build up to the invasion of Iraq. So, go get informed and then put that bullshit out of your head, and examine what is in front of us with a mindset to evaluate it for what it actually is, not what it might be if the boogey man were behind it, first. Once you understand what it is at a level that has no "dealer installed mandatory options" you can start to poke around the edges and try to see if the boogey man is hiding there, as long as what you "find" is reconciled with what you have previously determined to be the facts.
