Try posting furiously until exhaustion, it works for me.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

-President Barack Obama, 1st Inaugural address

The all natural sleep medicine works for me and my wife. Sometimes I wish she had insomnia.

You should try taking care of a baby for a few days. I have never been so regulary tired as I have been since my kid came into the world a little over a year ago. Its exhausting. I guarantee it will make you sleep like you were in a coma.

I watched The Libertine. John Wilmot was a pretty cool cat. He was no oil painting (well, actually, he is probably several oil paintings....), but Johnny Depp did alright.

Favorite line from the movie: "Life is not a succession of urgent 'Now's'--It is a listless trickle of 'Why should I's?'."

Anybody got an Ambien or 12?
For emergencies you could try non habit forming Lunestra, available in 1, 2, or 3 mg. I sometime use the 2 mg.

I've got two hands if I need them, but thanks again. ;-)

That's really not my problem. And, I did manage to get about 3 hours sleep last night. It's a start...
