Caddyshack
Blazing Saddles
Young Frankenstein
Back to School (RIP - Sam Kineson)

Ditto on:
Animal House
Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I never saw Spaceballs, but I have liked everything Mel Brooks has ever done. Silent Movie was a bit odd, but I think Burt Reynold's bit part was hilarious.

Spaceballs is the most excellent Star Wars parody I've seen.

No 'Life of Brian' yet?, oy vay!

'The Princess Bride' was very funny and much overlooked and underrated.

'Ferris Beuller's day off' always makes me laugh.

'Shaun of the dead'

The original and genuine 'Airplane'

'There's something about Mary'-when it's not making me cringe.

'The full Monty'- but that may be a British thing.

You Pyhthon fans have left out 'The meaning of life'-not many people rate it, but I loved it.
