By that strange form of logic, there is only one possible topic worthy of discussion.

Weird.

We're all entitled to our mood swings, ya know... Besides, I'm playing to your post: "Nothing he stole from a secure facility would be considered important on this particular website".

Yes both sides do bad, so do we, but Iraq was a little worse than usual.

Okay, okay, okay, I got it, finally.

Bush is a Nazi and the Iraq war is predicated completely on lies and a million innocent people have died.

Fine.

Now what do you suppose Mr Berger was hiding?

Weird? What are we going to discuss next? A bad boy doing naughty things? A janitor caught shoplifting? This stuff is pointless. I mean, didn't this guy already do his time in jail over this thing? And strange form of logic? How about 'this man is bad, this man is a democrat, therefore all democrats are bad". I bet that one got you through freshman logic.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

Sure you do.

Mr Berger worked for Mr Clinton as Security Advisor.

Mr Berger was to be questioned concerning his (Berger's) advice to Mr Clinton concerning Al Qaeda.

Now here's the REALLY hard part.

What could he have accidentally slid into his pants and stuffed into a hiding place for later retrieval, and documents that he claimed were later lost?

Hmm, laundry list ... kid's soccer schedule ... hmmm.

Curiously, the information compromised is considered too sensitive to release to the public except in the most general terms. What happened to the public's right to know? Where is the ACLU?

Bush is an elected official whose acts affects all our lives, and is a worthy topic of discussion. Berger was some has-been. I have no idea why he wanted them, and have read that none of the documents were originals. He had his trial, some judge read the documents, and Berger gave some lame reason. Why do you think he had them? Perhaps he had a black helicopter nearby, piloted by Vince Foster, loaded with missing cattle futures records and they were preparing to fly to Waco with these secret documents, which exposed Clinton as an ass reaming meth head. That's my theory. What's yours?

The manuscript or notes for a tell-all book?

Yes to all of the above.

Now, what was Berger stuffing in his undies?
