Rinse ice with Noilly Prat, discard. Cover ice with Finlandia or Stoly, stir vigorously.
Strain into chilled crystal Martini glass. Run a twisted twist around the rim and dunk it. Repeat. Several times. After a few years, seek medical attention and try to shrink liver back to original size so that it fits comfortably under the ribs.

I like martinis so I'll chime in here. I prefer gin but I drink vodka ones on occasion. I like mine about as dry as yoseyman and deathrattle, and I think I prefer Noilly Prat, but I use so little, I'm not sure that matters much in my case.

I am drinking Beefeater at the moment, but as a switch from my regular gin. There is one named Happy Gin (distilled in the UK, but I think an American company) that has become my favorite. BTW, I highly recommend it yoseyman, but I have never seen it in Louisville. My girlfriend lives there, I'm with her a couple weekends a month, and have looked for it - to no avail.

Hehe, no problem, I can always bring some along

I have not had that or seen it around here either. Now I'm interested.

It's GREAT yoseyman, but you can forget Liquor Barn - at least they didn't have it a couple of weeks ago. GF likes Party Mart, and no dice there either.

Anyway, it's 80-proof, and as smooth as a baby's bottom.

BTW, it's easy to spot - there's a big yellow smiley face on the bottle!

3 oz Grey Goose vodka, a waft of vermouth, shaken until you loose feeling in your finger tips. Served with 3 garlic or jalapeno stuffed olives.
