We all contributed to that. Nothing like hurling a metal spike at your siblings and saying “It slipped”.

The drive-in here is under constant threat of being closed. Every time they set a date, people go on the news and talk about the nostalgia of conceiving their first born child there.

Yeah, but I never played the game like it was intended. We just seen who could sling it the farthest

How about that evil clown head thing you attached to the garden hose and ran under? Major headache if you hesitated

I have a box of Blackjack chewing gum right here-yum yum.

I remember the first ever McDonalds opening in the UK.

I remember riding around in my dad's car sitting unrestrained on the fucking front armrest which I was reliably informed was there to aid my view through the windscreen.

I cannot imagine what life was like before microwaves.

I remember when we made dirt. It was quite the innovation.

Our 66 Mercedes 230 had a washer button on the floor that you had to pump to make the washer fluid come out. It worked without the key, so as a kid I always used to sit in the car and pump the washer fluid. (no sick jokes please) My father always thought there was a leak because he was always filling the tank. That car also had a cool speedometer that was set up like a thermometer. It would change colours as you went faster.
