Thrillkill,
Thanks for the link. They don't seem to have a schmatic for my particular unit, but the parts all seem to be the same so I'm guessing the wiring is about the same. I think I can use the info. Thanks again. By the way I see you took a hit for showing an appreciation for the finer things in life. When I was young I drooooled over cars, but as I have aged and mellowed, I really don't care much about cars anymore. In fact if I ever won the lottery, I would buy only four vehicles. I would buy a 50s Corvette for me, a 55 or 56 Tbird for my wife, an early John Deere tractor, and a Triumph motorcycle from the 50s.
I'm remodeling a bathroom right now, and the tub is very tired. I looked at the cheap tubs and took the hit. I bought a Koehler cast iron tub. I've got to find a Kohler show room and pick fixtures. I know the price tags are going to send me into cardiac shock, but if you want quality, you have to pay. I'll just cut out a meal a day for a couple of months or something.

Naomilla2.0,
Also thank you for the link. I didn't see service info listed and spent forever on hold and never got through. I'll try again later. I think their prices are high, however. They want $245.00 for the control unit and Bosch wants $110.00. I noticed that they carried Wolf stove parts , so I checked it out. They want like $40.00 a knob. I think I can get any parts I may need directly from Wolf for less. Thanks again.

I persoanlly fixed my Fisher Paykel dishw. twice, then when it broke a third time I took a crowbar to it in front of guests. It didn't look good. I now have a Jenn Air that I can get parts for and am happy. No one asks me for dw advice anymore either.

Your welcome and good luck on the repair.
I too have an insatiable addiction to tools but can usually justify them with my wife by doing my own repairs. Why just the other day I had to paint the foyer so I bought myself a new arc welder and of course I need to put weatherstripping on a couple of doors, I wonder how many RPM's the lathe will need?

I'll bet your guests were not ezpecting dinner and a show. Fortunately my thought processes lead me to remember I paid $1100 for this thing 6 years ago before they lead me to pick up a crowbar.

Damn. You are screwed.
Not so fast sporto. I've made lots of trips around the sun and 10 of those were spent as an electronics technician before I became a professional MB mechanic. Thanks to killthrill I got the schematics I need to resolve the problem. I'll git her fixed, but you'll still have to go to Von Housen.
