If you are faithless, fine so be it. Surely, you have a better reason not to believe in "anything" because of lack of proof, according to Zeitgeist's previous post. What exactly would be enough proof, Old Testament style fire and brimstone?

You have not explained how being faithless makes one ignorant. Do you perhaps not understand the definition of 'ignorance'?

Proof and faith do not co-exist. Actual proof would mean the end of faith-based religions, since salvation can only be achieved through faith, and faith can only be achieved in the absence of proof.

Why do people pray at church for someone's life saving operation to be a success? Isn't medicine defiance of his divine plan? Where is the real proof that Jesus existed and had the supernatural powers? How intelligent and gullible were the people at that time? Maybe Jesus built an underwater bridge at the lake he walked across late one night (he was a carpenter after all). The blind man in the crowd in which he restored his sight, one of his buddies?

You are twisting my words. My point, as I have stated, if one is faithless because of lack of proof, and for no other reason, is simply ignorant. My understanding of the definition is quite clear, thank you.
