Concerning that info, I believe there is already a almost complete report conducted on orders from Congress. Portions of which have been released, but not all.
I'm kind of dancing around your central question because I am waiting for some parameters.
The veracity of the info is central to the legality of the war. And your statement that it has been covered "by Congress" is laughable, utterly laughable, given that we just kicked Congress out because the Republican Machine that ran Congress have been an obstruction to finding out the truth.
The case for war crimes is simple:
1) Was the war planned or advocated within the Administration prior to 9-11?
2) After 9-11, was the intelligence falsified in order to support a non-existant case for war?
3) Was that falsified evidence then presented to Congress as truth in a way to influence and manipulate the vote to cause a war that did not have to happen? If so, this is a crime called fraud, and this fraud led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people who did not have to die, which is another crime called murder.
I think the truth of the above assertions are obvious to everyone at this point. The neo-cons simply wished to conquer Iraq to fulfill their twisted idealogies. Rove wished a war to improve his boss's political position. Rumsfeld's people filled intelligence reports with lies and left out any information that would damage their case in order to somehow tie Saddam Hussein with the 9-11 tragedy, most specifically by, in an effort led by Cheney, including false information on the estimated Iraq nuclear capabilities. Rice assisted with the criminal conspiracy by making public prounoucements of mushroom clouds and stated certainity of knowledge that Iraq had WMDs, and Bush used numerous false allusions and insinuation of knowledge he did not actually have in speeches in order to move public opinion to pressure Congress. The actual reasons for the war were hidden from Congress, violating the people's right to assent to the operations of the Executive Branch through their representatives based on truthful and well-reasoned assertations.
This is a criminal conspriacy to wage aggressive war. These pigs are no better than Nazis, and deserve the same fate. There has been no greater crime committed against the American People. You're a smart man, Botnst, the truth of the above should be obvious to you as well at this point. Unfortunately, smart men are often blinded by pride.
