Can't agree more to put Rumsfeld on trial. He will be the first, then the rest of the Bush Administrations, past and present officials.

And for the people who is against to put this group of arseholes on trial. I say FVCK YOU!! Can't believe you are that dense not seeing what they have done to this country. And for that, you are just as much a turd as these officials.

The reason this country is in this sh!t shape that we are in because no one is held responsible for their actions. It is time to put things straight and let them be the example for future Administrations not to pull another blind folds on the Americans. I say line up Bush, Rumsfel, Cheney, Rice, Powell, and Rove for the firing squad.

he mentions "trial" twice and at least once talks about them taking responsibility for their actions. if found guilty and the sentence of death is handed down, i think he is saying he'd agree with that.

If we go after him how far back in our history should we go to prosecute others that some think have done wrong?

So SecDef is had everything to do with what the World Court is interested in, unless he wants to push the responsibility up the chain of command. There are only two links above him.
He might have or not had anything to do with the situation. He is responsible because of his position as SecDef.
