If you were in Manhattan on September 11th, or had someone in the buildings, you would probably have a different take on that. Since you are in lock step with the rest of the mindless liberals that kind of comment is to be expected.

As usual Brucie, your post has no bearing on anything posted previously, or anything connected to reality. Jim

As usual Jimmy, another stupid comment from you. The facts are as simple as you are simple minded. If you're not wearing a uniform you going to be punished. At least the government isn't treating these people(?) like spies, they get a chance in a courtroom. Spies get terminated, period.

Professor, you need to talk to a lawyer, because it's pretty obvious you can't understand simple legalese:
The "suspension of the writ of habeas corpus – the ability of an imprisoned person to challenge their confinement in court—applies only to resident aliens within the United States as well as other foreign nationals captured here and
abroad" and that "it does not restrict the rights and freedoms and liberties of U.S. citizens anymore than they already have been restricted".
Of course if you want to start a coupe here in the States, they may apply that tenet to you, but most people here will not fall into that category.
Of course FTL may be a special case, but mental infirmities generally don't count.

Keep believing that and the day when it will be mendatory that you salute King George your ass will be hauled away if the slautation did not include a form of reverence.
