I guess it is impossible for libs to mask their contempt for soldiers for any length of time.

Uneducated, ignorant rapists and murderers. What exactly do you like about them again?

We know how you feel about the National Guard.

We know how you feel about fighter pilots, for God's sake.

Aside from Murtha and Kerry, who are some of your favorite baby killing rapists?

That has to be one of the lamest things you have ever said... The President was just defending our troops when he asked Kerry to appoligize to them for what he said: We are talking about education: if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.” There was no joke intended or unintended. If that was a joke, what is the punch line?

On the one hand, the West accuses the ME of existing in the Stone Age. On the other, when they try to break free of that mold by pursuing atomic energy, the West puts them in their place. It's an interesting quandary, to be sure. I'm not sure how to go about solving this problem, but it seems clear to me that Iran is reacting to a severe threat from the U.S. in the form of the invasion and occupation of their neighbors. Had we not invaded Iraq, we might not be facing this issue at all...

You need to broaden your horizons. Kerry was taking a shot at Bush, not the troops. He botched the joke. Have you really managed to miss that part of the story or are you just stuck on spin cycle?

I wish I could visit the world "before we invaded Iraq" one day.

Sugar gumdrop flowers and chocolate lakes where children paddle about whilst flying kites.

Tell us more about it Star, were all of the girls pretty and did mosquitoes not bite?

Before we invaded Iraq?

Yes, back when the U.S. was a world leader, rather than a world bully.

Flew in from Miami Beach BOAC
Didn't get to bed last night
On the way the paper bag was on my knee
Man, I had a dreadful flight
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the USSR, yeah

Been away so long I hardly knew the place
Gee, it's good to be back home
Leave it till tomorrow to unpack my case
Honey disconnect the phone
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the US
Back in the US
Back in the USSR

Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the west behind
And Moscow girls make me sing and shout
They Georgia's always on my my my my my my my my my mind
Oh, come on
Hu Hey Hu, hey, ah, yeah
yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm back in the USSR
You don't know how lucky you are, boys
Back in the USSR

Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the west behind
And Moscow girls make me sing and shout
They Georgia's always on my my my my my my my my my mind

Oh, show me round your snow peaked
mountain way down south
Take me to you daddy's farm
Let me hear you balalaika's ringing out
Come and keep your comrade warm
I'm back in the USSR
Hey, You don't know how lucky you are, boy
Back in the USSR
Oh, let me tell you honey
