We are painting the porche's wood floor so we have to sand into the old stuff. Having a dog messes things up too; I had to repair several edges and replace some of the flooring. I also lifted the roof up with hydaulic jacks so I can remove the columns, inspect their footing and paint at the foot print.
Right now I am done with the hard parts but tonight I am carving new facia with my band saw to get that Victorian look.
