They should call it a "Football Contract". LOL
I'm from the SEC, I truly understand football contracts. The BEAR in McBEAR is named after my Uncle who coached at Kentucky before heading down the road to Bama.

I actually like that little burg. I have a bunch of friends out there in the Media biz and was there about two months a year until 02

so who cares what his name is.. gov refers to him as padilla so that's what i am going with. if his name was joe brown you'd be ok with that and release him. is that right?

Wow we got some real issues here if some of you can't see what's going on.
Let me put it this way:
Say a few years from now employers will be able to tap into the gov database (VEY LIKELY) on anyone how do you think your interview will go when the subject of your porn surfing or even BW posting comes up? Oh yeah that fetish I have about using a belt is just that, I promise I won't smack my coworkers with my naughty belt, now can I have the job?
Oh, how about this, I am not really as thick as you have noticed on Benzworld, I just pretend that I am stupid so I can get those liberal all annoyed..

How much latency do you think would be introduced by such a scheme if it existed the way liberal dolts believe it does?
OK, Let's talk about Carnivore. I was on the IBM project in 93-95 at Watson Research that developed the data model on DeepBlue. There were 24 of us and I DO have references.

No to Clown College, my wife did, however get a diploma from Clown School when she was in highschool, does that count.

EDIT NOTE: This is why it bothers me so much, I know at least part of what Carnivore and its replacement can do.

I live about 130 miles from SF. I feel like I am in a a different world when I am there.

I love the place. It is the only "real" city in the state. I will be there all next week.

Urban life and liberalism seem to go together, though. I have theories about that. It is the whole "Central Park versus a backyard" thing.

I see you are an expert at statistics. You think a sample from BW is going to be representative of the make up of the population?

LOL

I have a Ski Binding Technician Diploma. Clown School was too demanding, let alone Clown College.

Regarding "carnivore"...they ditched your model for COTS software. Sorry. But then again, systems are a bit more powerful than they were in 95.

My only point is that the idea that EVERYTHING is being monitored is absurd. The internet would screech to a grinding halt.

Specifically targeted "streams" can be managed, of course.

I know enough about statistics to tell you with a high degree of certainty that my methodology will yield results with a margin of error of +/- 100 percent.
