i went to goergetown once, shall we say it is like going back in time, to the old south...

we had sort of long hair then and got haircuts there- um like marine haircuts.. the barber (old white guy) then said 'well now even i would pick y'all up hitchhiking' lol

kind of hick town... but close to myrtle beach.

1984 300D Turbo - 231k.. son's car now... totalled 11/30/07 RIP

It's usually black people serving me at Cracker Barrel...service is hit-or-miss, depending on where you are in the USA.

I defy you to tell black wait staff to discriminate against black patrons. Just because this lady's son is famous doesn't mean her accusations should carry more weight than anyone elses. This is exactly the kind of shit that hurts people who try in good faith to establish positive relationships with members of other races, from both sides.

It is possible that you can get bad service in America, and have it not be a racial issue.

I was kicked out of a dinner once. I was asked to take a seat near the bathroom or kitchen, I don't remember which one but I refused and demanded a window booth all for myslef. The owner told me to leave in a very rude way. I left but I still ask myslef to this day if I should have came back wearing my military fatigue and did a Rambo on them, oh well!

And did you leave 'in a very rude way'? Maybe something like mooning whilst flipping the bird and shouting 'muvver fuckers'!!!!!!
I would have been happy to comply with that request.
