Absolutely. K-Mart filed bankruptcy and then bought SEARS for goodness' sake.

Actually I'm relieved. When I read the subject line I thought, Oh, No, "sugar-tits" Gibson's airline is in trouble!!

Ibelieve this wasn't the first leftist "free thinking" radio show that fell on it's face. I imagine that eventually one may stay on the air for a while, but they will need to change their view slightly. Probably something more in line with what MOST people want to hear....
I would suggest to you, that calling some one a fascist just because they don't agree with everything you say, doesn't make them want to listen to your drivel for very long.

Well, Chapter 11 means reorganization, like Delta and United and other companies.

But the main reason Air America failed is that their market READS and is not a spoon fed audience so they are not inclined to stick their ears to the radio for hours at a time.

While I believe that they will go out of biz due to market share, much like Rush and o'Really are dropping in share also, Chapter 11 is reorg and is EXACTLY a comparable situation. AA went into BK to have time to reorgize its debt, just like KMart, GM, Delta, United, Chrysler, and many other Corporations big and small.

How you could find them different is very puzzling.

Maybe read the second paragraph from the primary stockholder. Would that be considered a source?

mcbear, I know you've been around long enough to know that sometimes the simplest avenue of understanding is ... consider the source.
