My big pricker is flaccid

Repotted one of our large cacti in a nice sandy loam and the poor thing went droopy Any remedies?




btw, since it was on the camera, bubble & squeak for lilly & skinner a fortnight ago:

I think it is recommended that you stake such plants when re-potted until such times that the minimal root system re-establishes itself.

What are Lilly and Skinner?

Yeah I have it supported but if I bend it too much, the white man-juice squirts out on my hands and makes me feel naughty.

Yeah, those things are taking over Southern Europe.They are tasty, but good grief are those spines nasty.We always singed them with a lighter turned up full before trying to pick and eat them.
