You really think you needed to explain you position? It is readily apparent, but nice to hear you come clean momentarily.

Maybe a defective moral compass just represents someone who was raised in an alternate reality. They know right from wrong, but are simply too weak-willed to change their thoughts and behaviors.

It's part of his "invisible genius" persona he's been working for the web.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

I think they deny humanity to certain classes of people. It's been a facet of American life since our inception - white culture has always needed an "out" group for which murder, rape, robbery, discrimination, false imprisonment and unjust acts are acceptable to the white majority. It's been our curse as a nation to suffer these fucking assholes.

But as to what I think should be done, I don't think I have ever opined in this forum. You assume that the combination of attacking the logic of others and not attacking the current strategy and tactics means that I support the current strategy and tactics.

That is the same class of assumption that believes that my reasons for invasion are in conformity with the administration's. I have, ad nauseam, described my own reasons for supporting deposing Saddam. I also think that the Administration's reasons are logically supportable, but I don't believe they were necessary or sufficient for me.

Thus, I support the invasion and deposing, but not for the Administration's reasons. I support staying in Iraq and Afghanistan, but not using the current strategy and tactics. I see no point in belaboring that. You guys do enough interminable pointless squabbling without me stoking the fire.

to me, what you said there was summised by me above.. hmmm.. yes, you've never really given your opinion.. sure.. the only reason i have ever read for the war involvment was OIL.. i don't recall anything else.. i don't really even recall you backing your "for oil" stand either.. you don't ridicule/argue againt the way things are going so you either don't care or you support them..

what's logical about this administration's handling of things? shifty reasons are not logical.. what are your ideas for strategy and tactics in regards to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran?.. let's get one straight answer out of you, ok?

He stopped giving his opinion when someone pointed out his opinion was overtly National Socialist.
