If you "watch the news," you must have seen perky Katie Couric give Rush Limbaugh a segment of his own to plug the president's plan to defeat terrorism. It was GREAT! I really hope you caught that...

Actually I think you are dead bang on here. Isn't that the point? If Clinton had done his job instead of getting one, we might not have had to lose our military men and women. We might not have had to spend billions. There might not have needed to be 10,000 injured Americans, not to mention tens of thousands of Iraqis, Syrians, Saudis, Iranians etc.

You did, however, characteristically omit mentioning the three thousand+ dead civilians killed by the neglected terrorists on 9/11. If Clinton had done his job, they most likely would still be alive today and their wives, husbands, mothers, fathers and children would not have to mourn for a life time.

Shame on him and those who supported him. (see avatar for appropriate emoticon)

Doesn't this current movie out now, ( World Trade Center ) shine a bad light on the current administrations actions?

I have not viewed the movie myself, but that's what I heard on the news.

Yes, it's all Clintons fault. Damn that Bush for invading Afghanistan rather than Arkansas!

Or else what? What is he claiming he will do?

I read a report earlier that Madeline Albright threatened to sue ABC for slander. ABC has supposedly admitted they made it all up, so threatened with a suit they probably had no choice but to cut the stuff out.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

-President Barack Obama, 1st Inaugural address

Wrong.

Members of the commission have already come forward to say it is not accurate.

That's it? A strawman? I didn't say he was in Iraq. If Clinton had done his job, we wouldn't even have had to do any of it........
