That mental prowess just displayed is hopefully not of the same caliber you employ when dealing with your profession. While making up "liberal" arguments to suggest being concerned with the environment and near pointless extermination of life forms from fragile ecosystems easily upset by human intervention with heavy mechanical equipment and its support systems (airports, temporary shipping lanes that are maintained with icebreakers, roads, fuel depots, repair centers, and so on) is optional and that concern could be saved and then expended elsewhere, or that it is being misspent elsewhere "siding" with muslim terrorists is absurd.
No one is suggesting muslim terrorists are good guys. We are suggesting we have created them by invading Iraq. They weren't there before we invaded. Now they are. Lets not do that anymore, ok?
From the other side of the aisle, it always amazes me how generous and magnanimous the Republicans are with our tax money, as long as it is not spent on American citizens or American infrastructure or American economic initiatives. I think American tax money would be better spent on a national technical initiative to make a hundred alternate energy sources economically viable so we can either stop sending money to Arabs who give it to muslim terrorists, making them unable to mount an attack and more likely to get a productive job in their country, without depleting our national oil reserves.
Remember, in times of no money having oil is better than having money in times of no oil. And, if we buy and use all the Mideast oil before they get smart and do something productive with it, we can just revise our monetary system and make the money they got for oil useless. at some point. That would leave them with no oil and no money, where they were before they met us, and it appears, where they would prefer to be. Jim
