The only move that maybe considered in line with some conservatives is the war in Iraq, even on that score there are plenty of conservatives who didn't and don't support him.

Looking at world history - WW1 and WW2, it seems being pro-active against your enemies seems a MUCH smarter move of protecting ones country than always waiting for them to make the first move and then strategizing a defense against further attack. Fuck the United Nations opinion.
