Do the so called conservatives on here think W.'s presidency is not radical enough? You guys do realize from a history perspective, especially in democracies, that his presidency is off the chart on the right hand side?

His administration is as liberal in most categories as any since Kennedy. Expansion of Education Dept, expansion of Medicare, opening the treasury to aid cities, protectionist tariffs, more fed dollars for research, expansion of NASA, border security.

The only move that maybe considered in line with some conservatives is the war in Iraq, even on that score there are plenty of conservatives who didn't and don't support him.

Bush is no conservative.
