I don't think that anybody composes their posts and thoroughly checks them as if they are handing in a homework assignment. The free exchange of ideas is encouraged by cutting people a little slack in an informal environment such as this.

I've seen literally hundreds of mistakes of this kind (and many others) and brush it off as not being material to what the author has to say. If you have nothing to add to the substance of a discussion you always have the option of just zipping it. Don't feel obligated to impress us with your skills in picking out grammatical errors.

It's been my observation that people who nitpick on spelling, punctuation and grammar do so because they have lost the argument and have, essentially, nothing of substance to say.

But, then again, we already knew that about you........

I found it on one of the gun sites I frequent...... They also have problems with the ACLU, as you can well imagine.

Amazing isn't it? You got your point across without a bunch of foul mouth...

Just a side note: It's a little hard to offend me, I work on construction sites. I don't get offended, just tired of hearing the same old stuff from folks that don't know how to make a point without that kind of crap. One would think you would have a few more operating brain cells then the average illegal alien on drugs, with a fifth grade (or less), education...
Get my point???????

Did you ever stop to think the liberals are trying to reach you in a way you would recognize?

Actually I never thought of that.... What I did think was that they normally spoke to each other that way, because they didn't understand what reasonably polite society was........ You're right, I forgot that I was dealing with a hard-line Lib, and they get that way when they're frustrated because they can't make a legitimate point..
