Very few are conservative in the neocon sense since that view is only held by Fox and talk radio on the broadcast side and nowhere else in the world. Looking at Arbitron numbers that means that less than 20 million people world wide listen or watch the neocon perspective. Limbaugh has the highest ratings with a top audience of 13 million listeners but that number is dropping every quarter. O'reilly usually only breaks 2million viewers [odds are the same viewers]

In print, WSJ, Financial Times, USN&WR and Economist can hardly be considered liberal. Nor can Washington Times. So, if you are seeing everything that I read as liberal, you really need to paddle your boat a bit to the left.
"...paddle my boat"? I would have to cross the Atlantic to get to your "middle-of-the-roader" as you put it. You too are mixing your metaphors again...

Don't believe everything you think

That is not necessarily true. There's a wide spectrum of talk radio. Have you ever listened to Michael Medved or Dennis Prader? They are center-right talk show hosts but are very different from Cal Thomas or Rush Limbaugh.

Philosphically I am closer to the latter two. The left has its idealogues as well such as Michael Moore; and a good example of a left wing idealogue here would be rstone.
