George Galloway Interview re. Hezbollah

Wow, what an interview on Sky news, another Murdoch owned TV network.
George Galloway has spoken out in support of Lebanon, saying he believes Hizbollah is justified in attacking Israel.
The Respect MP also lambasted media coverage of the war and said the UN resolution means nothing.

Why can we no longer produce public folks like Galloway here in Merka, anymore? He's exactly the bulldog we need right now, to speak truth to power and call BS when it's so fawking obvious. It's a shame, really.

At the heart of it all is the Merka two-party system. It would take one simple change to the COTUS - changing congressional districts from winner-take-all to proportional representation, and then we would have a true democracy that would encourage multi-party formation.

You still got Ted (hic) Kennedy ;-)

What happened after Gorgeous George's intercourse with the Congressional hearing? Have they dropped it now?

And on Fox sister network Sky news of all places. I doubt this interview went as Sky had imagined it would.

I can assure you, Mr Gorgeous will NEVER be invited to DC again. Senators don't like being taken to the woodshed while on camera; that's a big no-no. His performance was utterly brilliant...and senators don't take a shine to brilliance. As far as I know, they're content to leave Mr Gorgeous alone. The guy is a force to be reckoned with.

^^^^^

Yeah, he's refreshingly forthright in his approach to politics. However, he recently participated in a celebrity 'big brother' and the sight of him prancing around on TV in a leotard and pretending to be one of the other housemate's cat was difficult to witness without experiencing a degree of both nausea and incredulity.Gorgeous he most certainly was not.
I'll put it down to 'individuality' and not write him off just yet.Goodness knows, someone has to old Bliar's government to account-the official opposition seems neither willing nor capable of doing so.

Blair could hardly have hired an actor to so brilliantly satire his opposition.

The best Bush has come up with is that rather freakishly wild-eyed Rep Pelosi. (Though I'll bet she was a back-scratching screamer in bed back in the day)
