I am guessing that your request for What's Wrong is to question those on OT that you perceive as Arab sympathizers. I can’t speak for any of the guys specifically but as for myself, I know that I do not fit in that category any more than I fit in the Israeli sympathizer category.
My position from day one has been that this war was started on weak pretense [the kidnapping of a soldier in GAZA] and the later capture of two IDF soldiers in Southern Lebanon who were after Palestinian Officials who were being harbored by Hezbollah. AT THAT POINT IN TIME, everyone had the opportunity to negotiate for the release of those three prisoners without the need for a “Shock and Awe” invasion. Hezbollah did not need to escalate with rockets into Israel and Israel did not need to invade. Both sides acted like spoiled children, knowing that their backing forces [US and Syria] would cover their asses if things got too out of hand. We proved that with our “countdown to timeout” attitude for a ceasefire.
I have read the posts of most of the folks that you would suggest would be Arab sympathizers and from a year of reading their posts, I pretty much guarantee that none would even get near your criteria of Arab sympathizer unless your criterion is simply “if you don’t support Israel 100% you are an Arab sympathizer”. If that is the case you need to quit listening to Rush as much. He is fogging your mind.
