Have you visited Nelson B.C.?

I imagine that the U.S. was like Canada today in the 1800s. Not as populated and more wilderness.

Canadian cities are very clean and beautiful compared to ours here.
Dont sound like your JUST going for a VISIT.

More like your convincing ur self a MOVE might be in ur near future.

It is by no means USA.-Lite or USA-1800's style.
Its light years ahead of us.

89% of Canadians are Computer Savy...unlike us with 42%.

We get 80% of our OIL & WATER & ELECTRICITY from Canada....a fact most are unawear of.

Now..GO PACK UP YOUR CRAP...& ENJOY !!!!!!

I'm from BC!!! I live in Vancouver, a great city in my opinion. I've been to Nelson and it is probably one of my favourite small towns. They have great heritage preservation, so there are lots of neat old buildings. Also, many draft dodgers from the Vietnam war fled to Nelson. It's quite the hippie town even today.

I don't think it's a coincidence that Canada's greatest province is immediately adjacent to Warshington; Merka's finest state. Ecotopia rocks!

ummm, Tacoma has been excised from greater Ecotopia. You Texanians can have it; smells like Sugarland or Lake Charles in LA.

Reminds me of the old joke: a guy from Brooklyn is dating a girl from Queens. They're parked one night near the bridge and things are getting rather steamy. "Honey", she says, very breathily, "I want you to ...uh...kiss me...um...where it...smells."

So the guy jumps in the front seat and drives her to Jersey.

Man, when I was a kid in the sixities, driving thru Jersey was sooo bad. It's actually improved a lot.

Tacoma actually smells like Berlin, New Hampshire, another paper mill town. The smell of dead, rotten cabbage, starting miles before you hit the town, yeechh.

The worst place in the country is Mt. Pleasant, Texas. It is the most unpleasant place in the world. It's where Pilgrim's Pride chicken company has a huge rendering pit where dead carcasses of animals from all over the country are thrown into to simmer into putrid rot juice, which is used to make all kinds of stuff. Imagine a place where dump trucks loaded with road kill, dead ranch critters, left over slaughterhouse parts, and vetrinary waste cruise the city, and dump their cargo into a pit. Can you believe they also produce food products for human consumption at the same plant? You cannot stand anywhere in the city limits without retching like a poisoned dog.

Neither Sugarland nor Lake Charles smell that bad. In the future, use Pasadena and Lake Charles. Pasadena does really smell bad, and Lake Charles deserves the slander.
