wow..what a thread..

but back to the topic.

I think declaring SF gunless city for the residents only was a very stupid thing to vote for.

It is like declaring an open season for SF residents.

And yes, I do own firearms and will surrender them only by the court order.

You know, it is not the collection for me. It is the least I can do for self defense.

Imagine our City turning into something like New Orleans after Katrina hit..Hope it never happens.

But as they say, it's better to have a gun and don't need one than need one and not have one.

I think Admin should get a gun to deal with some of these people.

Also this is an artice from today where a man was shot in a gun store because by all accounts what happened was he entered the gun store and brnadished a knife at the owner and customers.

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/st...ectID=10393391

Thing that upsets me is where the owners of other guns shops say that firearms should not be used in self defence. I dunno, I think if some fool tried this sorry crap with me or to someone I cared about, I'd blow him away.

I don't think you would like the AirLite S&W .357 for long. If you took it to the range to keep current it would wear your arm out since it is so light. It needs more weight to absorb the .357. Only way would be to load up VERY light 38 for targets and then .357HP for defense or Black Widows if you can find them.

Several years ago in Arizona (can't remember if it was Phoenix or Glendale) a guy pulled a gun in a shop with the intention to rob it. He was shot by the storekeeper and at least one customer. You guessed it, he tried this in a gun shop. DOH!
