Att. Botnst. I thought this post was to invite comments on free healthcare. In your own words, you mention the so called 'workers paradise' like China, North Korea and Cuba, and in the same breath the EU which includes many West European Countries including Germany. Your grasp on the political and socio economic conditions in the EU or lack thereof is truly astounding. The EU has a big problem with illegal immigration as well. Exept there it is from Afrika, Eastern Europe, Asia and other Countries. Immigration laws are different. The offspring of illegal parents do not have automatic claim to citizenship or social services and schooling in their native languages. Beside national ID cards, people are registered with an address instead of a social security number, making it easier to locate anyone. For example, if you knew the tax authorities in Germany, you would know that no one gets away with not paying taxes. Not even side walk vendors. Don't get me wrong, the EU has its share of problems. Criticisms of their native EU Countries are quite common, even encouraged and regarded as constructive in Europe. Horst K, legal alien
