Don't apologize - as GermanStar once said - welcome to the place where the inmates rule the asylum :-)

Reason I said it was a honest question so you wouldnt think i was trying to be an ass about asking.
no prob. you ask I answer. though in this ship of fools, don't expect a straight answer all the time.

For once, I decided to make a thoughtful and serious post and I was beginning to get pissed off because nobody responded after all the time and thinking I had put in to make a four-paragraph op-ed piece [;)].

RE: Lawyers Say DNA Clears Duke Team

I usually dont post in the off-topic but the recent weeks at work i find myself posting there.. That is bad! I usually just answer questions or sit in the w163 forums.. lol.

I played rugby when I was in college, so I know first hand for underage drinking and the possible groping of women, I saw it everyday, but never participated in the groping of women.

"Now what was apparently done to Duke & the LAX team, that's a crime."

?? Really? Even if it turns out that there was no sexual misconduct by the LAX team. They contributed to under age drinking and hired stripers. I think they deserve to have the season cancelled. I am not sure about firing the coach but I do think the buck has to stop somewhere. When I was growing up, I was thought that if you don't want to be accused of something. You don't it or even appear to be doing something wrong. So if you don't want to be accused of rape. You don't have a drinking party and hire two stripers to perform for a college sports team. If you do and you get caught. I don't think you have a leg to stand on when everyone thinks it looks like rape.
hireing a stripper is illegal? wtf are you on? underage drinking is though and i agree on that but the other is not and has nothing to do with it either. are you a saint? [B)]

Boyz will be boyz they had a little fun, "there were having a good time blowing dome steam off"(Rush, ma man)
CALLER: It was like a college fraternity prank that stacked up naked men --

LIMBAUGH: Exactly. Exactly my point! This is no different than what happens at the Skull and Bones initiation and we're going to ruin people's lives over it and we're going to hamper our military effort, and then we are going to really hammer them because they had a good time. You know, these people are being fired at every day. I'm talking about people having a good time, these people, you ever heard of emotional release? You ever heard of need to blow some steam off?
this was from the Abu -Ghraib story
