RE: Best economy of all time?

People are continually spending more than they are making without saving anything. Guess when the last time this happened... the Great Depression.

Unemployment is at a record low. The NASDAQ is at a record high. House ownership is at a new high, our economy continues to grow strongly each quarter.... I haven't heard any of the liberal news networks report this... I figured since I hadn't heard the democrats bickering about this for a while then maybe they where wrong about Bush. So I think that this is a another +1 for the best president of all times George W. Bush. Keep up the good work Bush.
FVCK! I just wrote this damn post about crowding out, Ben Bernanke, rate hikes, mortgage impacts, and how GW has little to do with it and the F'in BW server puked it up and now its gone. Sh!t.

GW doesn't have much control over the economy, but if you feel a need to svck his d1ck for it go ahead. I'm concerned about the Feds rate hikes. Could be the thing that pushes the real estate market into decline. All those with ARMs watch out because your mortgage payments are likely to increase. It'll chew up those with interest only loans and speculators looking to "flip" their houses. Stocks could take a hit too.

Where do the rest of you think the economy is going and why?
