Mercedes Visa Card...Is it worth it?

I received a mercedes credit card which lets you earn points to save money on your next lease or purchase. I havent reviewed the details, but does anyone have any experience with these cards. Do they actually save you money?

Not a chance. Spend $100K so you can get $3K downpayment waived from a lease agreement or receive low financing rate for the next purchase?

I'd say work on raising credit ratings score whilst saving for that big purchase or downpayment.

That being said, we're using UPromise MasterCard so that the portion of our purchases goes towards our girl's college savings plan.

We had the mail-man shred that for us. Don't want it on our property.

I like those cash-back cards, that gives you rewards you know how to use. 5% cash back on gas and entertainment, 1% on all the rest.
Have 3 of them. Just got $298 check from American Express.
How often do you get money from your credit card?

"We" received one in the mail? You mean your Mommy and Daddy won't give you an extension of their card? Do they ration the amount of time on the tricycle?

If I had a new benz then I would get it. Supposed to be the more you use it, the more discount on services or parts. BTW, I think it's provided by BofA.
