Time Change - Spring Up! Fall Back!

Hey gang!

(If this is the wrong place for this then moderator please feel free to relocate and correct me in a pm..)

Time will change on April 2nd and clocks will go forward 1 hour.

I am so looking forward to it because I have not been successful with competing in traffic to get home and do some necessary things to my benz when there is a few minutes of sun light in the day.

I live in the EST zone... Over the years, I have enjoyed this time of the year because of the extra day light and opportunities to do what I need done or like to do!

If you live or don't live where the time will be changing speak your mind with this poll!

We don't have daylight saving in Queensland, it fades the curtains, make the milk go sour and confuses the schoolchildren [^]

We have it in London and I love it-reminds me summer is on it's way.By mid summer even down here in the south one can just about see to play tennis at 10pm.The worst part is when they 'fall back' again and the dark evenings seem oppressive.

Same here, no time change. I have been here for 10 years, nothing to be confusing about. Only thing is either we live in the Eastern time or Central time zone. The bright side is we don't have to adjust all the watches and clocks.

RE: Time Change - Spring Up! Fall Back!

In Florida we need to move the clocks forward in the fall/winter, that’s when we need the extra light. Winter is the time we have all of our outdoor activities. The horrible heat and humidity are gone. We’re not tormented with violent thunderstorms and hurricanes. The late afternoons and evenings grow cooler. I can work on my cars w/o dying of heat stroke.

We feel about spring/summer the same way you in the North feel about fall/winter.

Yes, I enjoy it. Time to cut the grass or wash the car after work on Friday. Then have the rest of the weekend to relax!
