I feel there is certain admissions one must pay to truly enjoy themselves while motoring.
hear hear! good boy, mr snips.
seems like you may actually understand the automobile and its inherent flaws. too many times, ive been on the defense about what cars i drive. not a lot of people get this, i dont think.
my version has always been such:
import driver x: "why dont you buy a real car, like a toyota, to replace that old unreliable american car that i know isnt reliable because consumer reports doesnt say so? youd be ever so much happier never having to repair anything and riding in utter silence. i know toyotas dont break down... ive had my 2004 carolla for 6 months! NEVER a break down! and it never will, either."
my response: "because i'd rather have 150k miles with a smile on my face than a lifetime of wondering where toyota put the beef."
the rolls interior is beautiful, but is maple(?) the only wood choice? surely they offer some coffee hued wood tones? ive never been a fan of blond woods. it seems the interior i saw was litterally dripping with birdseye maple.
