don't know my self it supposed to be very well made
comes with their AccuTrigger, 26'' heavy barrel and Choate butt.- not able to find a definite prices or feel for it . i usually buy guns online buy mostly do go into gun stores to check then out and get the feel.
well anyways i will let you know how it goes it does has one spot of surface rust.
i got it for
about 490+20s&h+5,ffl=515.
From the picture, it looks like you are about to shoot your load.

It's a bench rifle, usually used by reloaders and paper target fanatics.

The Savage lever actions, which were not very expensive rifles (or more properly, carbines) when I was a kid in the '60s, now command premium prices, and I mean like a grand and up. I don't know what a bolt action bencher would bring, but I would guess more than $515. I bet you could drive a tack with that rifle at 300 yards. Someone spent a lot of money on that one. Those benchers become a passion for some people, but you need the whole trip - the dies, presses, (you could use your hashish scale for the powder), bench scope or binoculors, to make it a real fun hobby. You also need the scope, which usually costs three times that of the rifle. The right Springfield scope will set you back $1400. .308 is a standard match round for a lot of prize match competitions - it w3as probably owned by a very serious shooter.
It makes me horny when you talk like that, KV. [:p]

Makes you want to shoot your load right now, does it?

That's a Blaser .300 Winchester magnum SWAT rifle, I believe.

Yessir. The Blaser has an interesting bolt action. It makes quick changing calibers possible. I'd like mine in .338 Lapua, in case Santa is reading.

I had a 12 series with a heavy fluted blue barrel, same AccuTrigger action in .308 Sasy to use.

Did have a cheaper feel to the bolt action than others, but for the dosh they are on par with Weatherby package deals and such. Puts 3 rounds under one inch every time, even with my reloads.

I like your choate stock, makes for good for benchrest, though i think it should have picatinny rails for that purpose.
I got boring factory synthetic stock and drilled mounts on mine. Seems like you got a good deal.

Cheers,
Aaron
