RE: sleep: how easy is it for you to do?

ohh someone quote a nice bible verse!

i remember when i was young, my aunt would find these sort of christological day camp churches to send us to for some peace and quiet.

they would give us candy and prizes if we could recite bible verses, books and whoever brought the most guests.... they got the big giant prize.

its so wrong to prey on the young and sweet toothed.

Falling asleep easily is a matter of sensing and heeding your own body's natural rhythms and being able to clear your mind. It's a Zen thing...
I tried meditation and kept going to sleep. Waste of time.

RE: sleep: how easy is it for you to do?

soory to bring this up, but :
I just had a lovely 16hr mini hibernation. I feel about 200%better, my skin is totally clear and has an even complexion, I am still yawning a bit, and some of my joints feel like they've been R&R'd. Im FRIGGIN hungry, might go get a salad or something, its 10.14am, so theres still time for Maccas breakfast. I think Ill gor for a round of golf today, my mind is soooo clear atm, i think a good game of golf should f*ck it up and put me back to normanl before monday gets here and im still in a purple haze! Ooh, big long sleeps, better than sex!

Cheers,
Aaron

ditto. one of the most amusing, of late, was when i was
hiking in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas. I got
to goat field, and tossed down my bag and used it for a
pillow....while my colleagues bought food and drinks
from the locals. i woke up to laughter from the women
and children who found my snoring exceptionally funny.

at home, after work. i'm out...less than 5-10 mins after
the light goes out. i'm very fortunate as i have friends
who have sleep apnea or insomnia.
