Specs are unbelieveble for this new 911 Turbo...

480hp, 620Nm (680Nm with limited 10sec. 0.2 bar overboost)
manual: 3.9 sec 0-62, 12,8 0-125mph
Automatic: 3.7 sec 0-62, 12,2 0-125mph
50-85mph: 3,5 sec
It's the first petrol powered engine using a turbo with variable turbine geometry.
115.000 Euro's for the car in germany.
This little bugger gets to 62 MPH in half a second less....OK you miss out on some top speed (but who cares???). To my mind this would be the most involving vehicle on the road today.

Maybe it's just me but I really don't get all that excited about what Porsche puts out these days.It looks nice but I feel the essence of what Porsche used to be no longer exist! Man I miss the original 911s' [V]
I hear ya...

They are two totally different and uncomparable machines imo.
One is a CAR, the other is a track/fun beast.

Love the Lotus 7's, esp the attitude towards weight. But you are missing out on the creature comforts in the 7.
