You need a good all-around symptom treater. During the day, I am fond of DayQuil. Do you have it there? If you don't, just look for a daytime cold and flu relief drug that contains acetaminophen (to reduce fever and help with aches), dextromethorphan (cough relief) and pseudoephdrine (clear nasal congestion).

Hope you feel better soon![:)]

^^^

Too salty for me. Though it's one of the best single malt to match with salmon sashimi, especially when two teaspoonful of water is added.

If you like single malt, try:

Ardbeg 17 (in terms of geography and taste, smack in between Lagavulin and Laphroaig)
Balvenie Doublewood (12yrs)
Macallan 18
Talisker 18

and my fave,
Cragganmore

DR, on second thought, I'd recommend Laphroaig over seeing a doctor. That medicinal iodine taste should be enough to scare the virus away[:p]

Sounds like love to me, speshully the stiff joint part.
Could also be The Grip, Consumption, Heartbreak of Psorriasis or possibly the Heebie-Jeebies. I'm not really qualified to give you an accurate diagnosis however.
