THINK!

I saw this posted over at a site called Adventure Rider. I plan to share it on some other motorcycle sites, but since the message is for cagers- excuse me, drivers, [:D] it seems it would do the most good on car sites. As far as cars go, I'm only on a couple of MB sites, so if any of you would care to spread this one around, feel free. I'm sure you'll agree it makes quite an impact...

Pssh...that biker wasnt there during the 1st time the driver came up..

If it jams, force it. If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.

RE: THINK!

Got to keep an eye out for the motor bikes.

The slogan I really hate is all the Bicycle people with their 'Share the Road' crap. Hey, don't get me wrong I am all for biking. But if you are going to talk about 'sharing the road' then how about actually obeying a traffic law or two? None of this I am a bike so I am going to run red lights, stop signs, work my way through a row of cars stopped due to a red light and then get in front of them all, etc.

As a motorcyclist, I greatly appreciated the clip, but oh, man, was it difficult to watch.

RE: THINK!

KLACKO;
The reason that biker got hurt or killed was the high speed he was traveling at. Did you see the speed at which other cars were going as compared to his speed? He was in a residential neighborhood, top speed 35 mph? You could tell that he was going much faster than that. Most motorcyclist I see, especially cafe style race bikes like that one, NEVER obey the posted speed limits. Accident was his fault.[xx(]

Might want to have your will drawn up and a hefty insurance policy for the people you leave behind.
